1: Online winkelen bij 3W Informed
    Onlinewinkelen bij 3w Informed gaat eenvoudig, U kunt zoeken op diverse manieren; ISBN, Titel,
    Auteur, Uitgever en op product soort (DVD, Online, PDA etc.)

2: Bestellen 
    Indien u iets wil bestellen, kunt de items toevoegen aan het winkelwagentje (shopping cart). Als u
    wilt uitchecken dient u zich eerst te registreren als user. Login en password kunt u zelf bepalen.
    U moet de browser wel cookies laten accepteren(wordt alleen gebruikt om u te herkenen als klant).
    Als u zich heeft geregistreerd als klant ontvangen u van ons een mail U account is nu geactiveerd,
    al u bestellingen in de shopping cart blijven
    actief, nu kunt u uit checken.

3. Betaalwijze
    Binnen Nederland wordt u bestelling met factuur geleverd. Betaal termijn is 14 Dagen na levering.
    U kunt ook velig betalen met de Meeste Bank & Credit kaarten: Betalingen lopen via  
   

4. Verzendwijzen
    alle bestellingen worden door ons met TNT Post BV verzonden.

5. levertijden
    Onze levertijden zijn tussen de 2 a' 4 werkdagen.

6. Verzendkosten
    Er worden geen verzendkosten in rekening gebracht

7. Garantie
    Indien het door u bestelde product onverhoopt mocht tegen vallen, mag u het bestelde product
    (mits in goede conditie) binnen 14 dagen retour sturen.

Payments
Payments can be made by credit card, by cheque (enclosed with order) or if you prefer, we can provide you with a pro forma invoice.



Vat
If you don't provide us with your VAT number (Value Added Tax) we have to charge you for our local VAT rate 6% for books and19 % for Multimedia.

Shipment:
We will not charge you for shipment (no handling).

Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the item to us within 20 days from the date of the invoice for a refund (minus shipment). Provided it reaches us in sellable condition and with the original invoice.
